Gaby is a PhD student in the MCDN Program at SUNY Albany, where she did her undergraduate research in zebrafish model systems for Myotonic Dystrophy disease mechanisms. As part of the Turner Lab, she is excited to learn about the visual processing system of Drosophila and contribute to understanding how vision works. Her hobbies include journaling, Dungeons & Dragons, and playing video games with friends and family.
